Ingredients
- Caesar Dressing
- ½ cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 oz finely grated parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Salad
- 4 Just Bare Breaded Chicken Breast Fillets
- ¼ loaf of sourdough or your favorite bread cubed
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt

- 2 heads romaine lettuce, cored, washed, and chopped
- Caesar dressing
- ½ cup shaved parmesan
- ½ lemon

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
- Place frozen chicken pieces in the basket in a single layer and air fry for 16-18 minutes flipping halfway through.
- While chicken is cooking, prepare croutons by tossing cubed bread with Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper and olive oil in a bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, add the ingredients for the dressing and mix to combine. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Once chicken is cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, remove and add seasoned bread to the air fryer basket, cook for 6-8 minutes or until croutons are nice and crispy.
- Slice each cooked chicken fillet into thin strips.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine, salt, black pepper, a couple spoonfuls of caesar dressing and a squeeze of lemon. Toss to combine and adjust seasoning if needed – add to a plate or bowl.
- Top salad with sliced chicken, a handful of crispy croutons and additional grated parmesan if desired – enjoy!
