Instructions
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl
- Reserve half for glazing chicken during cooking process
- Place the other half in a 1 gallon zip lock bag for marinating
Chicken Preparation:
- Place Just Bare® Drumsticks and Chicken Thighs in a ziploc bag with marinade and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours, up to 6 hours Discard marinade when done.
- A charcoal grill is the ideal method of cooking – with the chicken be turned every 7 – 8 minutes and basted with the reserved glaze each time turned.
- Once the chicken is no longer pink by the bone, juices run clear or thermometer reads 165 degrees
- A 400 degree preheated oven with a wire roasting rack will work in replacement of a grill.
