Ingredients
- 3 pounds Just Bare Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes
- Chicken Marinade:
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Juice and zest of one lime
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Gochujang
- 3 tbsp Sriracha
- Cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions
- Mix the vinegar, fish sauce, half the garlic, lime juice and zest, 1 tbsp sriracha and 1 tbsp Gochujang in a blender until smooth.
- Coat the wings in the mixture and marinate for 8-12 hours.
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
- Cook wings for approx. 20-24 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 185 degrees, ensuring chicken is tender and any redness near the bone is cooked away.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and whisk until smooth. Heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Toss the wings in the sauce.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve!
