Cooking Instructions
GRILLING
- Preheat/Prep: Ensuring your grill is clean, bring grill up to temperature (Depending on grill type, approximately 450-500℉). Season steaks.
- Cooking: Once grill is up to temperature, place steaks on the grill. Depending on steak thickness, allow to cook for approximately 2-minutes on each side before flipping. For medium doneness, ensure steaks reach an internal temperature of 145℉.
REVERSE SEAR
- Preheat/Prep: Preheat oven to 250℉. To prepare steak, rub with olive oil and season with your favorite seasoning or dry rub.
- Cooking (oven): Place steaks in oven. Depending on thickness cook for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 130℉.
- Cooking (skillet): Remove steak from oven and set aside. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Coat the bottom of the skillet with thin layer of olive oil. Sear steaks for one minute on each side or internal temperature reaches 145℉.
