Ingredients
- 12 ounces Just Bare Ground Pork
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 cups bottled marinara pasta sauce
- 8 ounces uncooked ziti or penne
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º F. Lightly oil an 11x8x2-inch baking dish or 2 1/2-quart shallow casserole; set aside.
- Brown pork with Italian seasoning, fennel seed, garlic salt, and red pepper in large skillet over medium-high heat about 4 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, breaking pork in to large crumbles. Stir in sauce.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain well. Combine egg, ricotta, 3/4 cup mozzarella, and the Parmesan cheese in large bowl; stir in cooked pasta.
- Spoon half of the pasta mixture into prepared baking dish; top with half of the sauce mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake in oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking about 5 minutes or until instant-read thermometer inserted near centers reads 160° F. and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
