Prep Time: 4 Hours |Cook Time: 40 mins
Ingredients
- 3 pounds Just Bare Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes
- Chicken Marinade:
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cilantro. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add wings to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.
- Place the chicken on a greased sheet tray on upper rack.
- Roast in oven on upper rack and cook for approximately 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 185 degrees to ensure chicken is tender and any redness near the bone is cooked away.
- Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot!
