Instructions
Chicken Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Season Just Bare® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with salt and pepper
- Bake chicken in oven for 15-18 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken reads 165 degrees
- Remove from oven, let rest until room temperature
- Cut into 1 inch pieces and place in a bowl
Other Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Remove stems from mushrooms and clean any debris/dirt
- In a food processor, add cut chicken and boursin cheese
- Pulse the processor until chicken and boursin cheese are mostly combined
- Add salt, pepper and 2 tbsp chopped thyme
- Pulse until just combined
- Remove chicken mixture from food processor and place in bowl
- Using a spoon, fill firmly fill mushroom caps with chicken mixture
- Dip chicken side of stuffed mushrooms into panko crumbs, place on sheet pan
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until panko crumbs are golden brown
- Garnish with remaining chopped thyme, place on a service tray and enjoy
