- 1 tsp onion powder
- Fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions
- Marinate wings in pickle juice and onion powder for 8-12 hours, adding the red pepper flakes to taste.
- Preheat the grill to 390 degrees.
- Cook for approx. 25 minutes, rotating a couple of times during the cook, or until internal temperature reaches 185 degrees, ensuring chicken is tender and any redness near the bone is cooked away.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and fresh dill to serve!
