Ingredients
- 3 pounds Just Bare Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes
- Brine Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 quarter of thinly sliced fresh fennel bulb
- 6 black peppercorns
- 1/4 cup Kosher salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 quart water
- Garnish Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan
- ½ bulb fresh fennel, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Blend brine ingredients together and marinate the chicken in it for 8-12 hours.
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
- Roast the wings for about 20-24 minutes, shaking twice during cook, or until internal temp. reaches 185 degrees, ensuring chicken is tender and any redness near bone is cooked away.
- Toss the wings in the fennel, and parmesan and serve hot!
