- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- Fresh parsley
- Schezwan Sauce
- 2 tbsp ground Szechuan peppercorns
- 1 ½ cups water
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp minced ginger
- 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 6 tbsp cane sugar
- ¼ tsp coriander
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Avocado Ranch
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 avocado, pitted and peeled

- Combine all ingredients except parsley into a food processor. Blend until smooth and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Schezwan Sauce
- In a sauté pan, toast the peppercorns over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, cool, then grind removing any large pieces.
- In a small pot, mix 1 cup of water, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and salt, and cook until the mix begins to bubble. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, After that, let cool for 10 minutes straining the mix through a mesh strainer.
- Add cornstarch and remaining water together and mix. Then add to the sauce mix with the sugar and remaining spices. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Avocado Ranch
- Mash the avocado until it is smooth. Then whisk with ranch dressing until fully incorporated.
