- ¼ cup blackening seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Other Ingredients:
- 10 cups chopped and rinsed curly kale

Instructions
Chicken Preparation:
- Preheat a large frying pan with olive oil over medium heat
- Rub Just Bare® Chicken Breast Tenders with blackening seasoning
- Sear chicken tenders for 8-10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes
- Slice cooked chicken on a cutting board and place on top of salads
Other Preparation:
- In a large bowl, toss chopped kale with dressing, half of the cheese, croutons, salt and pepper
- Portion kale salad, top with blackened chicken and remaining parmesan cheese
