- 3 pounds Just Bare Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes
- Chicken Marinade:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons quartered and seeded
- ½ cup limoncello
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- Thyme sprigs

Instructions
- Place all marinade ingredients into a blander (lemon peel and all) and blend until smooth.
- Coat the wings in marinade and cover in a bowl or seal in a bag.
- Allow wings to marinate for 8-12 hours.
- Preheat grill to 390 degrees. Rotate wings a couple of times until internal temperature reaches 185 degrees to ensure chicken is tender and any redness near the bone is fully cooked away.
- Garnish with thyme leaves and lemon wedge.
- Serve!
