Thai Green Curry Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Just Bare Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes
  • Ingredients:
    • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp ground coriander
    • 3 ½ tbsp green hot sauce
    • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 2 tsp Thai green curry paste
    • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray with vegetable oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour with salt and coriander. Add wings and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the chicken on the baking sheet in a single layer and spray with vegetable oil.
  5. Roast the chicken for 45 minutes, turning once or twice, until internal temperature reaches 185 degrees, ensuring chicken is tender, skin is crispy, and any redness near the bone is cooked away.
  6. In a bowl, whisk the hot sauce, butter, fish sauce and curry paste.
  7. Add the wings to the sauce and toss.
  8. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve!
