- Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, sliced jalapeños
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Prepare the Just Bare Spicy Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Bites according to the package instructions. Once cooked, let them cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the Avocado Cups: While the chicken cooks, halve the avocados and carefully remove the pits. Scoop out a small amount of avocado from the center of each half to create a larger cavity. Chop the scooped-out avocado and set aside. Squeeze a bit of lime juice onto the hollowed avocado halves to prevent browning.
