

Ingredients
- 3 pounds Just Bare Chicken Wingettes & Drumettes
- Chicken Marinade:
- 1/3 cup miso paste
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- Zest of one lemon
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- Scallions and sesame seeds to garnish (garnish)
Instructions
- Mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and lemon zest on the stove and whisk to create marinade. Heat for approx. 10 minutes until glazy texture.
- Mix dry ingredients including garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, pepper, and baking soda in a bowl and coat the wings in the dry mixture.
- Preheat oven to 400 degress and roast the wings on the top rack on a wire rack lined sheet tray.
- Roast approx. 30 minutes or until internal temp. reaches 185, ensuring chicken is tender and any redness near the bone is cooked away.
- Glaze the wings in the sauce. Add back into oven for 5 additional minutes to crisp glaze on wings.
- Garnish with finely cut scallions and sesame seeds to serve!
